Return Criteria
- 1. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for local pick or USPS delivery.
- All items must be in unused condition with the original tags (if applicable) attached.
- Only regular priced items will be issued a refund, all sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Only in stock items can be exchanged.
Shipping
All refunds will have the FREE shipping promotion costs deducted from the total amount.
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- 2. Return shipping costs will be the customers responsibility.
Incorrect Order/Defective Merchandise
If you received an incorrect order or defective merchandise, please email southernstarboutique@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase or USPS delivery.
Notification
If you are approved, you will receive a refund notification email. Items that do not meet the return criteria will be returned to the customers, standard shipping charges will apply.
