Return Criteria

1. 1. All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for local pick or USPS delivery.
2. All items must be in unused condition with the original tags (if applicable) attached.
3. Only regular priced items will be issued a refund, all sale items are FINAL SALE.
4. Only in stock items can be exchanged.

Shipping

All refunds will have the FREE shipping promotion costs deducted from the total amount.

1. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Incorrect Order/Defective Merchandise 

If you received an incorrect order or defective merchandise, please email southernstarboutique@outlook.com within 7 days of purchase or USPS delivery.

Notification

If you are approved, you will receive a refund notification email. Items that do not meet the return criteria will be returned to the customers, standard shipping charges will apply.
